Whole zebrafish larvae were fixed in paraformaldehyde. Permeabilized in proteinase K and then blocked in 5% serum for 1 hour at room temperature, before addition of the primary antibody.
Worked both in whole mount (32 hours post fertilisation and 3 days post fertilisation), and on cryosections.
