Submitted composite image shows appropriate positivity in the lumenal cytoplasm of the surface cells ( upper image- albeit one can also see a slight nuclear positivity).
However, as in cow, there is extensive kidney positivity ( lower image).

Thank you for your valuable feedback. ab93721 has not been previously tested in goat tissue. There is no sequence homology between the immunogen sequence and a goat protein. Your data demonstrates that ab93721 is not suitable for detecting Uroplakin III on goat tissue using IHC-P under these experimental conditions. We hope this information is useful to our customers.
