    WB with human samples
    no signal, but not even pos. crtl (stimulated cells) gave no signal
    other antibodies worked and actin was detected
    Ab: 1/500, 1/50
    20 ug protein loaded
    block w/ Odyssee blocking buffer
    secondary: Cy3, is OK
    transfer: worked, other proteins detected
