Immunohistochemical analysis of formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded rat stomach tissue labeling tenomodulin with ab203676 at 1/400 dilution, followed by conjugation to the secondary antibody and DAB staining. Antigen retrieval by boiling in sodium citrate buffer (0.01M, pH6) for 15 minutes; Block endogenous peroxidase by 3% hydrogen peroxide for 30 minutes; Blocking buffer (normal goat serum) at 37°C for 20 minutes.
