Mice were injected with Alzheimer's disease-derived pathogenic tau. 6 months post-injection, brains were fixed in 70% ethanol-NaCl and sectioned at 6 um thickness. ab109390 was trialed at 1:1000 and 1:10,000 dilutions. Both concentrations showed positive signal for pathogenic tau, while the 1:1000 concentration also showed some non-pathogenic background staining.
