A lower dilution factor of primary Ab was required, compared with some other species, in my Lab.
However, by using the EXPOSE kit ( ab80436) the sensitivity of detection can be increased ( thus allowing for increased primary Ab dilution).
Submitted composite image indicates this: upper image shows overstaining of SOX2 at 1/1000 using the EXPOSE kit but, excellent signal: noise using the less sensitive stABCpx-DAB detection system, at the same primary Ab dilution factor.
