An excellent immunolocalisation, although I am unfamiliar with the distribution pattern of Sox2 in developing chick brain.
Submitted brain/brainstem composite image: although both sections were imunostained using the same primary antibody dilution factor, the upper section used Abcam's EXPOSE HRP-DAB polyvalent kit (ab80436). The lower section was immunostained using my std stABCpx-DAB method.
It seems to me that the EXPOSE kit is more sensitive, allowing the primary Ab to be further diluted.
