A1. The molecular weight of this molecule as measured by mass spec (as can be found under the Analysis section of the COA) is 385.2 daltons. The molecular weight to use for calculations by the user is the Batch molecular weight. The batch molecular weight takes into account any additional water molecules or other ions that are part of the compound from this batch.
Q2. Does the molecular weight include just the compound or is it the compound + water?
A2. The batch molecular weight includes the compound plus any water molecules that get incorporated into the molecule.
Q3. Is water still part of the molecule even after dessication?
Q3. Yes, the 2 water molecules (noted on the batch molecular formula as ".2 H20" remain as part of the compound even after dessication.
