GCF is present in gum/gingival tissues and is collected in microlitres and can be diluted in saline or so.   Research/pilot study regarding semaphorin 4D presence in GCF is to be done to confirm its presence in GCF so that I can buy the SEMAPHORIN 4D antibody product to further carry out my research.I want to use semaphorin 4D as a biomarker in GCF during inflammation.   Kindly send me the information as soon as possible.   Regards
