      Involved in the packaging of pre-mRNA into hnRNP particles, transport of poly(A) mRNA from the nucleus to the cytoplasm and may modulate splice site selection. May play a role in HCV RNA replication.

    Hi,   I wanted to inquire as to whether this protein listed above is a functional protein..i.e. can throwing this into recombinant protein into extract that has been depleted of hnRNP A1 protein, still maintain hnRNP A1’s function in the cell?
