    Antibodies are sometimes pre-adsorbed. This means they have been adsorbed with other proteins, or serum from various species, etc, to eliminate any antibody that may cross-react. The resulting purified antibody should be very pure and specific and any cross reactivity should be significantly reduced.

    As shown on the datasheet, the primary antibody ab26316 is a Mouse IgG1. Therefore I confirm that ab99605 is compatible with ab26316.

    As shown on the datasheet, the primary antibody ab15 is a Mouse IgG1. Therefore I confirm that ab99605 is compatible with ab15.

    Dear Sirt’s Reference to the above subject (Glucocorticoid Receptor; ab9568 or ab109022) .. the customer need to work it by Flow Cytometer.. and I think this type of work need a secondary anti-body. But the TDS (technical data sheet) on the abcam website doesn’t suggest any kind of secondary anti-body. So please suggest a secondary anti-body by color of PE (Phycoerythrin) work with ab9568 or ab109022 by Flow Cytometer. thanks Sincerely yours,

    I would like to do immunofluorescence staining and I need your advice before I could buy the antibodies: 1- I would like to have antibody against human PPAR-alpha. Have you monoclonal antibody? or can I use polyclonal antibody? What is your recommendation for the primary and the secondary antibody? 2- The cells are obtained from human bronchoalveolar lavage and the cells are human alveolar macrophages and alveolar T lymphocytes. 3- I would like to do double staining: PPAR-alpha as mentioned above and against human CD4 T lymphocytes. 4- The CD4 antibody should be against the intracellular domain of CD4. The antibody should be monoclonal. Or what do you think?. 5- Can you give a guarantee that the PPAR-alpha antibody will work? 6- It is worthwhile to mention that alveolar macrophages have a great potential for autofluorescence. What is your advice for maximal blocking and maximal blenching of the autofluorescence?
