The anti-Rab11 antibody (ab3612) detects vesicle-like structures in the epithelium of the Drosophila ovary (red dots). However, these structures do not overlap with the signal of a HA-Rab11 fusion protein that was expressed in the epithelium (green dots). I therefore conclude that ab3612 does not recognise Drosophila Rab11.
