May I ask a quotation of Goat polyclonal Secondary Antibody to Mouse IgG - H&L (6nm Gold) (ab39614)? My primer antibody is mouse anti human Integrin b1. Is it possible for me to use this as the secondary antibody to detect my integrin under FESEM? The FESEM resolution is 20 nm, do I need to purchase any enhancing reagent such as gold enhancement? Or you will recommend I use 20 nm gold? I am afraid if the gold is too large, I will cover my integrin. Thanks a lot.

I was informed that the 6nm gold particles will be visible in FESEM, however intensity of the signal (brightness of the white spots) will be low. A Goat polyclonal Secondary Antibody to Mouse IgG - H&L (10nm Gold) (ab39619) might be more appropriate.
