Immunofluorescence analysis of FFPE section of human ovarian carcinoma tissue stained for p53 protein with mouse monoclonal anti-p53 (Clone DO-1) antibody at a 1/100 dilution.Red-fluorescent donkey anti-mouse IgG-heavy and light chain cross-adsorbed Antibody DyLight® 550 Conjugated (ab98795 ) was used as secondary at a 1/100 dilution(5µg/ml). DAPI was used as nuclear staining.
