Flow Cytometry - Mouse Naive CD4+ T Cell Isolation Kit (AB322029)

Untouched murine Naïve CD4+ T cells were isolated from splenocytes using the Mouse Naïve CD4+ T cell Isolation Kit. Isolated cells were labeled with CD62L-PerCPCy5.5 and CD4-APC/Fire750. The fluorescently labeled cells were analyzed by flow cytometry. Debris and dead cells were excluded from analysis.
