Untouched human T cells were isolated from MNCs using the Human T Cell Isolation Kit. Isolated cells were labeled with CD19-APC/Fire750 and CD3-FITC. The fluorescently labeled cells were analyzed by flow cytometry. Dead cells/debris were excluded from analysis.

Microbubble enrichment maintains cell health and physiology

Mechanism of Action: Human T Cell Isolation Kit uses a negative selection method to remove unwanted cell populations from the sample, effectively enriching for the T cells of interest while maintaining cellular physiology. The undesired (non-T) cells are labeled with an optimized cocktail of biotinylated antibodies targeting CD14, CD16, CD19, CD36, CD56, CD123, and CD235a.
