TMB ELISA Substrate (Fast Kinetic Rate) is a ready-to use tetramethylbenzidine solution for ELISA applications.

- Detects horseraddish peroxydase (HRP)
- Blue reaction product - can be read at 370 nm or in a range of 620 to 650 nm
- Combined with Stop solutions for TMB substrate: develops a yellow product that can be read at 450 nm
