    Shipped at 4°C. Store at +4°C short term (1-2 weeks). Upon delivery aliquot. Store at -20°C long term. Avoid freeze / thaw cycle.

    This product is an active protein and may elicit a biological response in vivo, handle with caution.

  • 再構成
    Centrifuge the vial prior to opening. Reconstitute in 100ul water to a concentration of 0.5 mg/ml. This solution can then be diluted into other aqueous buffers and stored at 4°C for 1 week or -20°C for future use. Please note that if you receive this product in liquid form it has already been reconstituted as described and no further reconstitution is necessary.

Its activity may be modulated by binding to the decoy receptors TNFRSF10C/TRAILR3, TNFRSF10D/TRAILR4 and TNFRSF11B/OPG that cannot induce apoptosis.

Are you refering to the mouse protein Dr5or rather a mouse antibody to Dr5?

Both has not been tested with this protein, unfortunately, thus we do not have any data. The TRAIL protein was used to raise an antibody (ab9959) as well as used in SDS-PAGE and Functional studies.

I'm sorry to not have more information in this regard.

Thank you for your enquiry. I apologize for the delay, but I have the information you were looking for. Reconstitution Notes: Centrifuge the vial prior to opening. Reconstitute in water to a concentration of 0.5-1.0 mg/ml. This solution can then be diluted into other aqueous buffers and stored at 4°C for 1 week or -20°C for future use.
