    Shipped at 4°C. The lyophilized protein is stable for a few weeks at room temperature. Store at -20°C long term.

    Constituents: 99% Phosphate Buffer, 0.88% Sodium chloride

    Always centrifuge tubes before opening. Do not mix by vortex or pipetting.
    It is not recommended to reconstitute to a concentration less than 100 µg/ml.
    Dissolve the lyophilized protein in 1X PBS.
    Reconstituted protein solution can be stored at 4-7°C for 2-7 days.
    Aliquots of reconstituted samples are stable at < -20°C for 3 months.

    Contributes to the lung's defense against inhaled microorganisms. May participate in the extracellular reorganization or turnover of pulmonary surfactant. Binds strongly maltose residues and to a lesser extent other alpha-glucosyl moieties.

Ab152069 has a purity greater than 95% as determined by SEC-HPLC and reducing SDS-PAGE.
The endotoxin level is less than 0.1 ng/μg (1 IEU/μg) for this product.

After checking with our product department, ab152675's purity is >85% with the current lot, but we have not determined its endotoxin level.
