      ab187480 is a heterodimer of IL-12A (amino acids 23 - 219; UniProt P29459) and IL-12B (amino acids 23 - 328; UniProt P29460) linked through a disulfide-bond between cysteines. The molecular weight of IL-12A (p35) is 23.3 kDa (203aa). The molecular weight of IL-12B (p40) is 34.6 kDa (306aa). The heterodimeric IL-12 has a predicted molecular weight of 57.9kDa
