    • 機能

      Conjugation of reduced glutathione to a wide number of exogenous and endogenous hydrophobic electrophiles. Acts on 1,2-epoxy-3-(4-nitrophenoxy)propane, phenethylisothiocyanate 4-nitrobenzyl chloride and 4-nitrophenethyl bromide. Displays glutathione peroxidase activity with cumene hydroperoxide.

    Hello, I am interested in your human glutathione S-transferase theta-1 (GSTT1) enzyme, and I see that you sell it by weight. Do you also test the activity of the enzyme and record the units? I have had problems with other vendors and inactive enzymes in the past where the Units/mg are not reported.
