Inquiry: I am wondering if it is known whether or not the recombinant EF1A protein is natively folded and has activity, and if so what assay was used to determine this.

The GST-EF1-alpha was folded natively and purified in water-soluble. It shall remain its activity although we have no specifically tested it.
