    Shipped at 4°C. Store at +4°C short term (1-2 weeks). Upon delivery aliquot. Store at -20°C or -80°C. Avoid freeze / thaw cycle.

    This product is an active protein and may elicit a biological response in vivo, handle with caution.

  • 再構成
    This product should be reconstituted in water. Centrifuge the vial prior to opening. Reconstitute in water to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/ml. Do not vortex. This solution can be stored at 2-8°C for up to 1 week. For extended storage, it is recommended to further dilute in a buffer containing a carrier protein (example 0.1% BSA) and store in working aliquots at -20°C to -80°C.

Vielen Dank für Ihre Geduld. Ich kann Ihnen nun bestätigen, dass Ihre Charge des Proteins mit Wasser zu einer Konzentration von 0.1 bis 1 mg/ml rekonstruiert werden kann. Wir empfehlen, das Röhrchen vor dem Aufmachen zu zentrifugieren. Vortexieren Sie bitte das rekonstituierte Protein nicht. Das rekonstituierte Protein kann dann bis zu einer Woche bei 4°C gelagert werden. Für eine längere Aufbewahrung empfehlen wir, das Protein weiter in einen Puffer mit Carrier-Proteinen zu verdünnen, wie zum Beispiel in 0.1% BSA und dann in Arbeitsaliquots bei -20°C oder -80°C zu lagern. Ich hoffe dies hiflt Ihnen weiter. Ich wünsche Ihnen ein ganz schönes Wochenende und zögern Sie bitte nicht uns wieder zu kontaktieren, sollten Sie weitere Fragen haben.
