SDS-PAGE analysis of ab180060 in DTT-reduced (lane 1) and non-reduced (lane 2) conditions. Gel stained overnight with Coomassie Blue. As a result of different glycosylation, DTT-reduced protein migrates as 55-66 kDa and non-reduced protein migrates as 110-140 kDa.
