This product was prepared from normal serum delipidation a multi-stage process including selective precipitation. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-biotin, anti-Human Albumin and anti-Human Serum.

Shipped at 4°C. Store at +4°C short term (1-2 weeks). Upon delivery aliquot. Store at -20°C or -80°C. Avoid freeze / thaw cycle.

再構成Restore with 1.0 ml of deionized water (or equivalent).aliquot contents and freeze at -20° C or below. Avoid cycles of freezing and thawing. Centrifuge product if not completely clear after standing at room temperature. This product is stable for several weeks at 4° C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use. Stabiliser: 10 mg/ml Polyethylene Glycol (PEG-8000). Preservative: 0.01% (w/v) Sodium Azide.

Its main function is the regulation of the colloidal osmotic pressure of blood. Major zinc transporter in plasma, typically binds about 80% of all plasma zinc. -

Dot Blot - Native Human Serum Albumin protein (Biotin) (ab8033)
Dot Blot - Native Human Serum Albumin protein (Biotin) (ab8033).
A three-fold serial dilution of ab8033 starting at 200ng was spotted onto 0.45 µm nitrocellulose and blocked in 1% BSA-TTBS for 30 min at 20°C. An HRP conjugated Streptavidin was incubated at 1/40,000 for 30 min at 20°C and imaged using the Bio-Rad VersaDoc® 4000 MP.
