The bands beneath the target band (90/100 kDa) are likey to be degradation products.
GLUT3 is possible involved in the ubiquitin-mediated degradation of YTHDC1 (PMID : 37258572).
In lane 3, the lysate was freshly made and used for Western Blotting immediately to minimize protein degradation.
