Thank you for contacting us. I am very sorry to hear that also with the ab62053 the results are not satisfying. I have looked at the protocol and the only thing I can suggest, is to try also the Methanol fixation. Indeed, the result on the datasheet has been obtained with Methanol fixation. Methanol and paraformaldehyde fixation are very different and can results in different availability of the epitopes. However as this antibody has also been tested on paraffin embedded, PFA fixed sections, I would expect it also to work on PFA fixed frozen sections- although there was no antigen retrieval.

Could you let me know what type of species you are working on, the type of IHC staining being performed, along with antibody concentrations, incubations times and also if any type of antigen retrieval was performed.
