Blocking and diluting buffer and concentration : 5% NFDM/TBST.
Performed under reducing conditions.
In Western blot, ab322342 was shown to bind specifically to Transmembrane 4 L6 family member 1. Target of interest was observed at 19 kDa and 26 kDa in wild-type Hela cell lysates (lane 1) with no signal observed at this size in TM4SF1 knockout cell line (lane 2) (lane 2, knockout cell line ab265743 / knockout cell lysate ab258232).
Negative control : Jurkat (PMID : 1565644).
In Western blot, Anti-GAPDH antibody [EPR16891] - Loading Control (ab181602) staining at 1/200000 dilution.
