Anti-Thrombomodulin 抗体 [Phx-01] (ab24595)

Typically ab24595 (Clone: PhX-01) has been used as a capture but both (ab24595 and ab24598) function as well as capture antibodies in ELISA, according to the literature references.


ab24595 reacts with an epitope within the EGF 5 domain and inhibits thrombin binding. However, it is not clear from this information if the antibody can actively displace thrombin and thrombomodulin binding. After a fairly extensive literature search, unfortunately no luck in locating specific information on competitive binding data. This is not something we have tested in our lab.
