Thank you for contacting us. The antibody ab63344 detects TFII I when phosphorylated at tyrosine 248. We do not have a phosphorylated TFII I protein. We do have a ab114787, which is a non-phosphorylated fragment of TFII I, amino acids 1-274, but this would only serve as a negative control. We do not expect that ab63344 will recognize it.
