Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded mouse colon tissue staining TET3 protein at nucleus with ab153724 at 1/500 dilution.
Antigen Retrieval: EDTA based buffer, 15min.

Immunofluorescence analysis of 4% paraformaldehyde-fixed (RT for 15 min) HeLa (human epithelial cell line from cervix adenocarcinoma) whole cell lysate labeling TET3 protein at cytoplasm and nucleus (green) with ab153724 at 1/400 dilution. Red: phalloidin, a cytoskeleton marker, at 1/50 dilution.

Immunoprecipitation of TET3-transfected HEK-293T (human epithelial cell line from embryonic kidney transformed with large T antigen) cells.
IP Sample:
Lane 1: Transfected HEK-293T cell lysate.
Lane 2: Control with 2 µg of preimmune rabbit IgG
Lane 3: Immunoprecipitate of TET3-transfected HEK-293T cells using ab153724 at 2 µg.5% SDS-PAGE
Detection using ab153724 at 1/1000 dilution, followed by anti-rabbit IgG antibody.
