Question

Ich habe nochmal eine Anfrage bezüglich eines Immunogens (Du siehst ich stele gerade meine Bestellung zusammen ;):

Erkennt folgender AK ab69797 die aa 1-222 in humanem CAPS1? So lange ist nämlich mein recombinantes Fragment.

Ich habe auch noch zwei weitere (hoffentlich die letzten für heute…) Anfragen – und zwar suche ich einen AK der natives Ratten sowie recombinanten humanes Synaptogyrin 1 (aa. 1-198) auf einem WB detektiert. Ich habe mir bei euch diesbezüglich zwei AK rausgesucht, aber auch hier sind leider keine Immunogeninfos angegeben. Könntest Du diese ebenfalls für mich herausfinden bzw. ob einer der beiden für meine Anwendung geeignet ist (bzw. welcher am besten geeignet ist. Die AK sind folgende: ab113886 und ab76075.

Ich kann nun bestätigen, dass es für beide Targets jeweils einen passenden Antikörper gibt:

CAPS1:

ab69797: Die genaue Sequenz des Immunogen unterliegt dem Betriebsgeheimnis, es befindet sich aber innerhalb der Aminosäuren 61- 120 und sollte somit theoretisch das rekombinante Fragment erkennen.

Synaptogyrin 1:

ab113886: Die genaue Sequenz dieses Immunogens unterliegt ebenfalls dem Betriebsgeheimnis, es befindet sich zwischen den Aminosäuren 121-180. ab113886 ist für Ratten und humanes Protein getestet und garantiert.

Leider sind beide Antikörper nicht für rekombinantes Protein garantiert. Deshalb empfehle ich eine endogene positive Kontrolle mitlaufen zu lassen.
