This data was developed using ab29071, the same antibody clone in a different buffer formulation.
Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human colon tissue labelling ST2 with ab29071 at 1/2000 followed by a ready to use Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (HRP polymer). Cytoplasmic staining on stromal cells of human colon is observed. The section was incubated with ab291071 at 4°C overnight. Counterstained with Hematoxylin.
Secondary antibody only control: PBS was used instead of primary antibody followed by ready to use secondary antibody Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (HRP polymer).
Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0, epitope retrieval solution2) for 20 mins.

The section was incubated with ab291071 at 4°C overnight.
