The identity of the lower MW bands are unknown.

The lysates were freshly made and used for Western Blotting immediately to minimize protein degradation.

The identity of the lower MW bands at approximately 25kDa and 37 kDa are unknown.

Exposure time : Lanes 1-2 : 70 seconds; Lane 3 : 136 seconds
