A549 (human lung carcinoma cell line) cells stained for SDCCAG8 (green) using ab228891 at 1/200 dilution in ICC/IF. Cells were fixed in ice-cold methanol for 5 minutes. Alpha Tubulin, a cytoskeleton marker (red).

Nuclear counterstain : Hoechst 33342 (blue).
