1) Il est en effet conseillé de stocker les deux anticorps ab19932 et ab36561 à -20 ou -80ºC.
2) Pour éviter les cycles de congélation / décongélation nous recommandons de stocker les anticorps en petits aliquots (minimum 10µl) dans des tubes de type PCR.
Un aliquot décongelé peut ensuite être conservé à +4ºC pendant quelques semaines.
3) Nous déconseillons l'utilisation de glycérol car nous n'avons aucune donnée ni garantie pour ces produits si stockés avec du glycérol.
4) Oui, vous pouvez garder l'anticorps à 4ºC pendant quelques semaines, peut-être également pendant plus d'un mois, car un anticorps purifié est en règle général une molécule robuste et qui reste stable. Nous préférons tout de même une conservation en aliquots congelés.
5) Nous déconseillons dans tous les cas de diluer le produit avant stockage, que ce soit à +4, -20 ou -80ºC.

Mes collègues du laboratoire m'ont communiqué l'image du blot obtenu avec les 2 lots de ab36561 actuellement en stock, voir pièce jointe. (Lane 1 : lot GR52442-1, lane 2 : control lane marker, lane 3 : lot# 488871). Ce blot a été obtenu avec des lysats de cerveau humain, 10 µg, référence ab29466 (www.abcam.com/ab29466).
Concernant l'offre de test : puisque le ab36561 n’a pas encore été testé chez la souris, il me sera possible de vous offrir une remise. Après soumission d’une Abreview avec vos résultats, une remise correspondant à la valeur d’achat d'un anticorps primaire pourra être utilisable lors d’une prochaine commande.
