Unfortunately I do not have access to the actual immunogen sequence that was used to generate the antibody. However as you mentioned in your original email, between residues 250-300, both Human and Arabidopsis share a high degree of homology and so there is a very good chance that antibody will react with Arabidopsis samples. However after checking the immunogen sequence homology it seems that antibody ab10510 immunogen (amino acid 250 to 300) has about 83% sequence homology. So it is more likely that this antibody could detect the target protein in Arabidopsis thaliana. Arabidopsis thaliana is an untested species so this antibody is eligible for our Abreview testing discount code programme. The discount code will give you next primary antibody at no charge.
