    “Regarding one of your products (anti RELM- alpha https://www.abcam.com/relm-alpha-antibody-ab39626.html), could you please us help if you know any positive control for macrophage type 2 differentiation (for western blot) as RELM-alpha is a specific M2 marker.

    We have not suggested a positive control for ab39626. However, RELM alpha is predominantly found in adipose tissue therefore I could suggest Adipose (Mouse) Whole Cell Lysate - normal tissue (ab29417) as a positive control.
