Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human pancreas tissue labeling PRSS2 with ab302603 at 1/2000 dilution (0.256 µg/ml) followed by a ready to use Leica DS9800 (Bond™ Polymer Refine Detection kit). Postitive staining on acinar cells of human pancreas. The section was incubated with ab302603 for 10 mins at room temperature. The immunostaining was performed on a Leica Biosystems BOND® RX instrument. Counterstained with Hematoxylin.
Secondary antibody only control: Primary diluent was used instead of primary antibody, followed by ready to use LeicaDS9800 (BOND™ Polymer Refine Detection).
Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0, epitope retrieval solution 2) for 20 mins was used.
