RP2-Prolyloligopeptidase and RP3- Prolyloligopeptidase are made using different immunogens. The RP2- Prolyloligopeptidase epitope is in the beta propeller region, and the RP3- Prolyloligopeptidase epitope is in the hinge region of POP. Bothe of these epitopes are in the region that might be described as a propeptide domain, between the signal sequence and the catalytic domain. The RP2-POP epitope is closer to the amino end of this region, and the RP3-POP epitope is near the carboxy end of this region.
