Unfortunately, we do not currently have any antibodies directed against PLA2R which have shown to detect the protein in mouse samples. I have checked the immunogen used to raise the two antibodies we have against this target (ab80054 and ab99466). Both unfortunately share very low sequence homology with the mouse protein, we would therefore not expect the antibodies to cross react.

With what specific application does your customer wish to use the antibody? And what species of serum are they working with?

Thank you for contacting us. I can confirm that the immunogen sequences for these two antibodies are different. The immunogen for ab99466 is from an internal domain (amino acid 946 - 957), whereas the immunogen for ab80054 is from a C terminal domain (exact sequence is however proprietary information).
