      Synthesizes cyclic ADP-ribose, a second messenger for glucose-induced insulin secretion. Also has cADPr hydrolase activity. Also moonlights as a receptor in cells of the immune system.

      Expressed at high levels in pancreas, liver, kidney, brain, testis, ovary, placenta, malignant lymphoma and neuroblastoma.

      Wir haben in der Tat im August die Größe geändert sowie den Preis gesenkt. An der Konzentration hat sich allerdings nichts geändert.

      Um das Produktions- sowie das Konjugationsdatum zu recherchieren, brauche ich allerdings noch Ihre Chargen Nummer.

      Do you have any idea or made even measurements of the decay of the fluorescence of this PE conjugated to the antibody? How often are different batches produced? Is this on a regular basis or is it rather one big stock? for how long do you estimate to have the same current batch still in stock for example? Also, do you know what the % of unlabeled antibodies is in the vial is? Thank you!

      All the batches are prepared with the same PE:Ab ratio 1:1 and only the 1PE-1Ab conjugates are isolated by gel chromatography and stabilised. When stored according to the instructions, the product remains stable for 2-4 years and the amount of dissociated Ab is negligable. The batches are designed to give comparable signal per test, or (rarely) better signal.
