Flow Cytometry - PE Anti-CCR2 antibody [EPR20844] (ab245899)
C57BL/6 mouse splenocytes stained with ab245899 (right) or Rabbit IgG (monoclonal) Phycoerythrin (Isotype control (ab209478)) (left). C57BL/6 Mouse splenocytes were incubated for 30 min on ice in 1x PBS containing 10 µg/ml anti CD16/32 antibody and 10% normal goat serum to block FC receptors and non-specific protein-protein interactions followed by the antibody (ab245899) or Rabbit IgG (monoclonal) Phycoerythrin (Isotype control (ab209478) (1x 106 cells in 100 µl at 1 µg/ml (1/500)) for 30 min on ice. The cells were simultaneously stained with Ly6G/GR1 PerCP conjugated antibody (ab236728).
Acquisition of >30,000 events were collected using a 50 mW Yellow/Green laser (561 nm) and 586/15 bandpass filter.
Events were gated on viable lymphocytes.
