DAPI was used as a nuclear counterstain (Blue). Positive cytoplasmic staining in mouse dorsal root ganglion.

Fresh rat dorsal root ganglion was fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with 0.2 % Triton X-100. ab150081 Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (Alexa Fluor® 488) preadsorbed was used as a secondary antibody at 1/1000 (2 μg/mL) (Green). DAPI was used as a nuclear counterstain (Blue). Positive cytoplasmic staining in rat dorsal root ganglion.

P2X3 was immunoprecipitated from 10 μg rat dorsal ganglion tissue lysate with ab300493 at 1/30 dilution. Western blot was performed from the immunoprecipitate using ab300493 at 1/1000 dilution. VeriBlot for IP secondary antibody (HRP) (ab131366), was used as secondary antibody at 1/5000 dilution.
Lane 1: Rat dorsal ganglion tissue lysate 10 μg (Input).
Lane 2: ab300493 IP rat dorsal ganglion tissue lysate.
Lane 3: Rabbit monoclonal IgG (ab172730) instead of ab300493 in rat dorsal ganglion tissue lysate.
Blocking and dilution buffer and concentration: 5% NFDM/TBST.Exposure time: 3 minutes.
Observed MW(KDa): 60.
