Anti-Oxytocin Receptor 抗体 [EPR24409-146] (ab300443)

Immunofluorescent analysis of 4% paraformaldehyde-fixed, 0.1% TritonX-100 permeabilized Rat-1 (rat embryonic fibroblast) cells lebelling Oxytocin Receptor with ab300443 at 1/50 dilution (9.8 µg/ml), followed by ab150081 Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (Alexa Fluor® 488) preadsorbed antibody at 1/1000 dilution (Green). Confocal image showing cytoplasmic staining in Rat-1 cell line. ab195889 Anti-alpha Tubulin mouse monoclonal antibody - Microtubule Marker (Alexa Fluor® 594) was used to counterstain tubulin at 1/200 2.5 dilution (Red). The Nuclear counterstain was DAPI (Blue).

Secondary antibody only control: PBS was used instead of primary antibody follwed by preadsorbed secondary antibody ab150081 Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (Alexa Fluor® 488) at 1/1000 dilution.

Observed band size: 55 kDa why is the actual band size different from the predicted?

Blocking and diluting buffer and concentration: 5% NFDM/TBSTThe expression profile/ molecular weight observed is consistent with what has been described in the literature (PMID: 28382233).

 

The blot of lane 1 was developed using a high sensitivity ECL substrate.

Observed band size: 55 kDa why is the actual band size different from the predicted?

Blocking and diluting buffer and concentration: 5% NFDM/TBSTThe expression profile/ molecular weight observed is consistent with what has been described in the literature (PMID: 11467983).

Negative control: skeletal muscle  (PMID: 11467983).
