From the datasheet: We sell 50 ug per vial at 1 mg ml.
Can work out the volume using regular laboratory maths:

At 1mg/ml 1000 ul would contain 1000 ug of antibody

So for 50 ug of antibody:
1000 ug / 50 ug = 20
1000 ul / 20 = 50 ul of antibody solution

2. How many ml we can made from this vial
This depends on what dilution you use for your experiments.

The suggested starting concentration for the IHC with IHC-P human tissues is 5 ug/ml. This antibody is sold at a concentration of 1 mg/ml so a 1:200 dilution of the antibody stock solution would be the equivalent of 5 ug/ml. However, the dilution of antibody used can often require individual optimization, so please note that this is a guideline only.

3. Which is a suitable antigen retrieval method for this antibody?
The following method has been used in testing. However, again please be aware that this is a guidelineand may require some individual optimization.

Steam slides in 0.01 M sodium citrate buffer, pH 6.0 at 99-100°C 20 minutes
Remove from heat and let stand at room temperature in buffer 20 minutes
Rinse in 1X TBS with Tween (TBST)1 minute @ RT

I can confirm that one vial of contains 50ug with a concentration of 1mg/ml.

As a starting working solution for WB we recommend a concentration of 1ug/ml that is a 1:1000 dilution.

For IHC-P we recommend 5ug/ml as working solution, that is a 1:200 dilution.

These recommendations are not absolute and the scientist always has to optimize the dilutions. Especially for IHC we recommend to test two different dilutions first and then adjust according to the results.

Therefore each vial contains: 20 ul of antibody

For IHC-P, we recommend a dilution of 5 ug/ml.
If the starting concentration of the antibody is 1000 ug/ml. then you can work out the dilution required using regular laboratory calculations:

1000 ug / 5 ug = 1:200 dilution

So, in 1 ml (1000 ul) of antibody solution for IHC-P, you will require 5 ul of antibody:
1000 ul / 200 = 5 ul

I can suggest that this is a recommended dilution only, and your individual experiment may require some individual optimization.

For antigen retreival, we would usually recommend to start with citrate buffer heat mediate antigen retreival. However, this may require some further optimization, and there are other antigen retreival methods available, such as high pH EDTA and enzymatic methods..
