ab300432 is the carrier-free version of ab300431.
ab300431 does not react in: IHC-P with human, mouse , and rat; ICC with human, and mouse, and intrecellular flow cytometry with mouse.
Our carrier-free antibodies are typically supplied in a PBS-only formulation, purified and free of BSA, sodium azide and glycerol. The carrier-free buffer and high concentration allow for increased conjugation efficiency.
This conjugation-ready format is designed for use with fluorochromes, metal isotopes, oligonucleotides, and enzymes, which makes them ideal for antibody labelling, functional and cell-based assays, flow-based assays (e.g. mass cytometry) and Multiplex Imaging applications.

Defects in NRAS are a cause of juvenile myelomonocytic leukemia (JMML) [MIM:607785]. JMML is a pediatric myelodysplastic syndrome that constitutes approximately 30% of childhood cases of myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS) and 2% of leukemia.
Defects in NRAS are the cause of Noonan syndrome type 6 (NS6) [MIM:613224]. A syndrome characterized by facial dysmorphic features such as hypertelorism, a downward eyeslant and low-set posteriorly rotated ears. Other features can include short stature, a short neck with webbing or redundancy of skin, cardiac anomalies, deafness, motor delay and variable intellectual deficits. -

In Western blot, ab300431 was shown to bind specifically to NRAS. One band was observed at 21 kDa in wild-type HEK-293T (ab255449) cell lysates with no signal observed at this size in NRAS knockout cell lysates (ab258542).
This blot was developed using a high sensitivity ECL substrate. The high-sensitivity ECL substrate used allows for the detection of proteins in the mid-femtogram range. -
This data was developed using ab300431, the same antibody clone in a different buffer formulation.
NRAS was immunoprecipitated from 0.35 mg MCF7 (human breast adenocarcinoma epithelial cell) whole cell lysate with ab300431 at 1/30 dilution (2 μg in 0.35mg lysates). Western blot was performed on the immunoprecipitate using ab300431 at 1/1000 dilution. VeriBlot for IP secondary antibody(HRP)(ab131366) was used at 1/5000 dilution.
