Isoform 1 is predominantly expressed in thymus and is also found in peripheral blood leukocytes and kidney. Isoform 2 is predominantly expressed in skeletal muscle and is also found in thymus, kidney, testis, spleen, prostate, ovary, small intestine, heart, placenta and pancreas. Isoform 3 is expressed in thymus and kidney. Isoform 4 is expressed in thymus and skeletal muscle. -

Immunoprecipitation - Anti-NFAT4/NF-ATc3 antibody (ab245501)NFAT4/NF-ATc3 was immunoprecipitated from Jurkat (human T cell leukemia cell line from peripheral blood) whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) with ab245501 at 6 µg/mg lysate. Western blot was performed from the immunoprecipitate using ab245501 at 0.4 µg/ml.
Lane 1: ab245501 IP in Jurkat whole cell lysate.
Lane 2: Control IgG IP in Jurkat whole cell lysate.
Detection: Chemiluminescence with exposure time of 30 seconds.
