特記事項
The powerful effects of opiate are mediated through the opioid receptors located on the plasma membrane of neurons and other peripheral cells. There are at least 3 types of opioid receptors, mu, kappa, and delta, each with a distinct pharmacologic profile. The mu opioid receptor is the primary site of action for the most commonly used opioids, including morphine, heroin, fentanyl, and methadone.
The Life Science industry has been in the grips of a reproducibility crisis for a number of years. Abcam is leading the way in addressing this with our range of recombinant monoclonal antibodies and knockout edited cell lines for gold-standard validation. 関連性
Three types of opioid receptors have been cloned: mu, delta, and kappa. Opioid receptors are seven transmembrane G-protein coupled receptors. They share a high degree of homology and are most divergent at the N- and C-termini. Activation of mu opioid receptors leads to a decrease in neuronal excitability. Most actions of exogenous opioids, such as morphine, are mediated through the µ-opioid receptor, including analgesia, tolerance and reward. -
