Anti-MMP12 抗体 [EP1261Y] (ab52897)

I can confirm that both ab52897 and ab124964 are rabbit IgG monoclonals.

ab52897 est un monoclonal de lapin. Il n'y a pas de sous-classe spécifique d'IgG chez le lapin comme c'est le cas chez la souris ou l'humain par exemple. Tous les monoclonaux de lapin sont donc simplement des IgG.

Da der Antikörper allerdings in der ICC und dem FACS funktioniert, sollte es meiner Meinung nach keine Probleme in dieser Anwendung geben. Hinsichtlich der Vorbehandlung sieht es so aus, dass wir PFA als Fixierungsmittel verwenden, aber Methanol sollte auch kein Problem darstellen, falls Sie dies bevorzugen. Wenn Sie diesen Antikörper an den Kryoschnitten ausprobieren, würden wir uns übrigens sehr über eine Rückmeldung freuen.

Laut dem Datenblatt sollte eine Antigen Demaskierung durchgeführt werden. Unser Standardprotokoll sieht dazu eine Mikrowellenbehandlung von 20 in einer TRSI/EDTA- Lösung von pH8 vor, falls Sie allerdings lieber mit Citrat-Lösung pH6 arbeiten, sollte dies auch kein Problem darstellen. Allerdings raten wir immer zu einer Zeitreihe, um den optimalen Demaskierungspunkt zu finden.

Thank you for your enquiry. The antigen retrieval method used for this product was pressure cooker method. Please find the details of the protocol below. Pressure cooker antigen retrieval protocol. Solution: Tris-EDTA Buffer (10mM Tris Base, 1mM EDTA Solution, 0.05% Tween 20, pH 9.0) Tris 1.21 g EDTA 0.37 g Distilled water 1000 ml (100 ml to make 10x, 50 ml to make 20x) Mix to dissolve. pH is usually at 9.0. Add 0.5 ml of Tween 20 and mix well. Store at room temperature for 3 months or at 4C for longer storage. Protocol: 1. Immerse slides into staining dish containing Antigen Retrieval Solution. 2. Place covered staining dish into the rice cooker. Add 120 mL dH2O and press “cook”. 3. When “cook” is turned to “warm” (about 20–30 min), unplug the cooker and remove the staining dish to the bench top. 4. Allow to cool down, without cover, for 20 min.
